• To identify and invest as an agent in attractive opportunities with international industry leaders where the returns to the investors would be exceptionally high from the market returns.

• To manage the assets of various investors on a non discretionary basis under a non-discretionary management agreement.

• To help the investors in getting their companies listed on the regional stock exchanges and/or help them to off-take through trade sales or private placements.
